"Very bad customer service. I do NOT recommend them. They talk nice and work with you at the beginning. but when it's time to clear their books they don't care about losing you as a customer. Also had an issue with claims - I submitted a claim with them, they don't respond or avoid your concern until you just forget or move on. I've also left a message at their office requesting to speak with Stephen Cole directly. That was ignored. I've had primary residence, rental unit as well as car insurance bundle with them for a few years."
